| Gospel of the New Truth - Mid-East and Economics |

Well, it took a while, but there was another homicide bombing in Israel yersterday, and an additional one preempted through the death of the killer.
Which all goes to show that the Palestinians and the rest of the Arab world just do not want a good life for their citizenry. Look, a peaceful and extremely viable Middle East could have been established almost 60 years ago - giving the Arab states some little time to get over their defeat by the new nation of Israel following the Arabs' attacks against the nation.
All they had to do was want the best for their people. And the best means - now as in the past - developing a good economic base. All they had to do was develop along with the Israelis a strong business agreement, which would have led to, and can still lead to, a viable economic base creating jobs and prosperity for their people.
But, no. The leadership brainwashed their people into believing the good life will come once they got rid of Israel, all the while gathering funds for their own use. And the non-caring Western countries, which really did not want Israel to exist, cried crocodile tears while funding gangsters like Arafat. Talk about Mafia operations! Arafat and his kindred spirit knew how to con billions of dollars from public coffers for their own use, while all the while distracting their crimes by focusing on the "terrible actions" of the Israelis.
Countries are successful because of capitalism. A perfect example is China, where the billionaire class has swiftly developed. China has recognized that to become a world power, it must be capitalistic, in whatever form they wish it to take. Palestinian leaders can also have their country, when legally formed, and their people, become successful and happy, by forming economic ties with Israel, including manufactiring, agriculture, business. If Hamas and their peers really want the Palestinian people to be safe, secure, and happy, they should grow up - rid themselves of the B.S. they propagate in order to keep themselve in power, and do the mature things any sophisticated and reasonable government would. They don't have to love the Israelis, just work with them, to their, and the world's, benefit.
